/t-shirt weatherSeriously, the way the weather's been going recently it's time for jumpers or bullet-nipples, your choice. Summer has truly gone; it's getting dark and cold and generally grumpy. Bah.
On the up side our latest digs remain fab, and now i even have a set of shelves to put all my stuff on which is probably more of a relief, after a month of boxes, that I can properly relate. Now I'm just missing a few minor accessories like a bin and a light shade, and I'll be done! Hurrah!
Due to a film-selection mix up we ended up seeing The Queen in an Orange Wednesday stylee, which was actually really good. Helen Mirren is just really great in this, as in most other stuff it seems. If the rest of the film had been worse she woiuld have been able to carry it herself, though that wasn't quite necessary. It hangs together reasonably well, but it's the fact it's so eirily close-to-home that makes it so compelling. If you were in the UK at the time of Diana's demise (and not living in a cave) then it's probably a must-see. If not then you could watch this to try and understand what went on but to be honest I'm really not sure what you?d think of it.
Also, memes are great. K? K. But especially memes involving cats!
